CALIBAF Skill-Up Week is an annual Calisthenics Fest featuring 8 structured workshops conducted over 4 days, with two sessions daily.

The purpose is simple but powerful:

  • To remove fear and misinformation around calisthenics

  • To allow people to experience real calisthenics training before committing long-term

Handstand Workshop

Focused on balance, shoulder stability, and body awareness.
Participants learn safe wrist preparation, wall-assisted progressions, and foundational balance concepts , making it ideal for beginners.

Freestyle & Balance Training Workshop

This workshop develops coordination, flow, and movement control, forming the base for advanced calisthenics skills and overall athletic movement.

Back Lever Workshop

A structured breakdown of one of calisthenics’ most demanding skills, with emphasis on shoulder conditioning, core engagement, and safe progressions

Muscle-Up Workshop

This workshop focuses on technique, timing, and strength development , helping participants understand why they get stuck and how to progress without injury.
