Our 1:1 Personal Training is the most focused and result-driven format at CALIBAF. In this format, one coach works exclusively with one client during the entire session.

Our Self Training option is designed for individuals who prefer to train independently.

This works similar to a traditional gym membership, where members use the CALIBAF facility and equipment to follow their own workout routine.
